Succour is building Africa’s Registry and Trust Infrastructure for Essential Workers, giving them a verified identity and giving employers the confidence to hire with certainty.
Every time an employer hires a worker, they are really asking a handful of questions nobody can fully answer. Who is this person? Can I trust them in my home? Am I certain their identity is genuine? Do they really have the experience they claim? What actually happened in their last job? They are also wishing, silently, that this time will be different. So they hire with a measure of distrust.
That distrust was not invented. It was earned. Too many employers have hired someone who turned out incompetent, unable to do the job they were engaged for. Too many have hired someone unsafe, with a history of negligence or worse. Too many have hired someone reliable one week and gone the next, no notice, no explanation. A Trust Gap opened between employers and Essential Workers, so we built something to close it.
We assign every Essential Worker a Trust Score®. It is a number built from verifying their identity, what they have done, and where they have been. It grows with every placement and every review. This Trust Score® gives the employer the information to make the right decision and negotiate terms with certainty. It is the closest thing to a "crystal ball" employers can look into before making a hiring decision.
A verified Registry where Essential Workers are trusted, Employers are protected, and the economy they power grows for both.
